What we are looking for
- Lead the formulation and analysis of business requirements with stakeholders and ensure that functional and technical specifications are comprehensive and ready for feature development.
- Support Product Managers to analyse existing business processes to identify optimisation opportunities, develop transition strategies to new products and groom product features.
- Facilitate the solution design effort and develop innovative solutions that comply with existing standards, guidelines and processes.
- Support end-to-end testing activities for product features, migration scenarios and system integrations to ensure business requirements and performance standards are met.
- Provide ongoing user support across the product lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to training sessions for product features.
