Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders across development and maintenance projects
- Translate business needs into clear requirements documentation for use by technical and project teams
- Support and coordinate agile project workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritisation
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Support quality assurance processes to verify the accuracy and completeness of system functionality
- Liaise with outsourced vendors to track project deliverables and monitor progress against agreed timelines
- Maintain requirements documentation and project artefacts using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
