Job Responsibility
- Perform end-to-end incentive processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform ad-hoc business incentives simulation, data analysis requests with quick turnaround
- Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and knowledge of SQL, SAS, PowerBI or similar BI and Analytical tools will be added advantage
- Automate recurring tasks, simulations, processes, adjustments to reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain incentive‑related datasets for analysis, insights and ad‑hoc requests
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in outputs
- Effective workload prioritization
- Manage data‑related challenges, timely communication with management and stakeholders for timely corrective actions where required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Database Analytics or related discipline required
