We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support and drive the Pricing function for a large US retail organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to US-based business stakeholders, leading pricing-related initiatives end to end, and ensuring high-quality delivery of pricing solutions. The role requires strong domain expertise in retail pricing and the ability to work closely with US teams during overlapping business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary BA lead for pricing initiatives, partnering closely with US-based Pricing Business and Technology teams.
• Lead requirement discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to define pricing strategy, rules, promotions, markdowns, and optimization needs.
