IT Business Analyst – Sao Paulo / Hybrid
As an experienced IT Business Analyst, you will provide architectural oversight across multiple implementations, lead discovery sessions with customer stakeholders, and design end‑to‑end solution architectures across SaaS, APIs, middleware, CRM, eCommerce and order management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Analysis & Strategy – monitor core KPIs, identify growth bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
- Operational Optimization – design and refine operational workflows to improve delivery efficiency.
- Data Management – build dashboards and use SQL / Excel to track campaign performance.
- Project Management – lead end‑to‑end operational projects.
