Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field .
- Graduate in mathematical related fields OR
- 2–4+ years experience in data analytics, business analysis or a similar analytical role, ideally within employee benefits, retirement funds, healthcare consulting or financial services.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query, macros desirable).
- Strong PowerPoint skills with a track record of creating executive-level presentations.
- Experience with data extraction, cleaning and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.
- Understanding of retirement funds, healthcare plans and benchmarking is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
