Job Title:BA with Reconciliation experienceJob Location:Toronto, ON (Hybrid)Duration:18–24+ Months (Open-ended SOW)ResponsibilitiesElicit, document, and analyze requirements for onboarding DUCO within the bank’s reconciliation processes.Map current-state reconciliation workflows, data sources, and pain points to establish baseline understanding.Assess and define the future-state operating model leveraging DUCO capabilities to drive efficiency and controls.Develop a detailed gap analysis and implementation roadmap, aligning with business and technology stakeholders.Support configuration, testing, migration, and UAT to ensure reconciliations meet business objectives.Qualifications
