The BA Product Specialist is the analytical and investigative heart of CareVision's support function. You are not a call centre agent — you are a product expert who investigates what clients are experiencing, diagnoses the root cause at a platform and workflow level, resolves what you can, and produces high-quality escalations for what you cannot. You will develop deep knowledge of a genuinely complex SaaS system operating in a heavily regulated sector, and you will use that knowledge to make a tangible difference in how care providers operate every day.
