Position: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Pickering.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project financial administration, including cost tracking, cash flow monitoring, billing support, and revenue reporting.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization tracking, and variance analysis.
- Prepare project summary reports, financial analyses, performance metrics, and executive dashboards for management review.
- Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Collect, validate, and analyze project, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce clear and concise cost reports, financial summaries, and graphical presentations of project performance.
- Monitor project financial performance, including costs, revenue, margins, and utilization, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
