We are seeking a Level 3 Business Analyst to support DirectorGeneral Human Capital Management Modernization – Military (DGHCMM-M).This role will help map a designated Military Personnel ManagementSystem (MPMS) capability — including its end-to-end workflows, data, andsystem integration dependencies — to build a clear, enterprise-wideview of that personnel management operation.
This work supportsthe CAF's broader MPMS modernization initiative, which aims to integratecurrently fragmented personnel functions (career and postingmanagement, qualifications, leave, medical, and readiness attributes)into a coherent, data-driven enterprise capability, in alignment withthe 2022 CAF Digital Campaign Plan and the 2024 CDS/MND Directive onReconstitution.
