We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in understanding and prioritizing customer requirements, collaborating closely with our Development team to ensure that the delivered solutions truly align with our customers’ needs.

- Partner with Epicor stakeholders and customers to resolve system and core data issues, ensuring accurate customer entitlement across platforms such as EpicCare, SFDC, Softrax, E10, IDP, and LMS.
- Work closely with internal teams—including product managers, developers, and occasionally customers—to gather, refine, and understand product requirements.
