This is a project based position for 5 - 6 months.
This will be Work On Site in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong for proper onboarding & training, and will shift to Work From Home.
The role is also on a Midshift (supporting EMEA) but will be open to shifting.
We are looking for an experience dSenior Business Analyst / PSA Functional Consultant who will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives. This individual will leadrequirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation while helping translate business needs into actionable implementation roadmaps—particularly inProfessional Services Automation (PSA) platforms .
This role requires strong consulting skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
