IT Business Analyst – Contract (B2B). 2–3 years experience in an IT Business Analyst role within a logistics / supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BA role on large projects, often with high-profile international “Blue chip” clients.
- Lead workshops with internal and external key stakeholders to identify and document requirements, defining the agreed scope of the project, subject to sign‑off of all parties.
- Act as consultant, coordinator and liaison between parties during the development / configuration build stage, ensuring fitness for purpose.
- Prepare test plans and conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT), reporting to professional quality standards, ensuring end‑to‑end data exchanges between organisations and systems work as expected and systems are correctly configured.
