Ayvens Digital & IT is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive value through continuous product and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.
Organize and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future-state processes.
Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and other artefacts (e.G., BRDs, FRDs, RTMs) mapped to Ayvens Global Process Structure (GPS).
Ensure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, defining or supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
