Zurich Capability Center seeks a Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate face‐to‐face workshops with clients to design and map out optimized business processes aligned with the platform's capabilities.
Identify and define innovative solutions that enhance the value delivered to stakeholders.
Design and configure solutions utilizing INSIS and related systems.
Support clients in understanding business processes as they relate to the INSIS platform.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients on the effective use of INSIS.
Lead strategic planning for functional analysis and prioritize business requirements based on client needs.
Execute functional team tasks, ensuring thorough follow‐up on requirements gathering, analysis, and configuration.
Provide support in clarifying tasks for the technical team and assist in planning the testing strategy.
