Job Summary
We are looking for an entry-level (junior) Business Analyst to join the IT Applications team to support and enhance in-house applications.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in delivering and supporting IT applications
- Must have experience in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing documentation
- Demonstrated understanding of business needs with a strong interest in business process analysis and re-engineering
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
