Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our remote team in India. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions
- Translate requirements into functional documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating solutions
