Purpose of the role:
Working across business and technical teams, the Business Analyst will support a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernising traffic and parking enforcement capabilities across the ACT Government. You will be responsible for requirements elicitation, process analysis, solution design, testing, implementation planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes.
