Job Description
Responsible for engaging with the customer stakeholders, understanding, analysing and documenting processes, helping facilitate the deployment of a solution, and providing training and support to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, understand, and analyse customer business requirements.
Document and review detailed functional specifications, including workflows, program functions, use cases, and steps required to develop or modify the specifications to positively impact operational effectiveness.
Clearly define the business flows in the client organization, map them to Tarantula product features and perform gap analysis.
Trace customer requirements through design, build, and test phases.
Consult with the delivery team to determine responses to queries on functional requirements, objectives of the feature or module, or business process flows as understood by Tarantula in the context of the product.
