Business Analyst HR Systems (HRIS)

We're looking for a BA who can bridge HR + Technology and help improve HR operations through smart system enhancements.

What you'll do:

• Gather requirements (BRD/FRD/user stories) & map HR processes
• Support HRIS implementations/enhancements and workflow automation
• Lead SIT/UAT, manage defects, and ensure smooth releases
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT & vendors for delivery and adoption
• Support HR reporting/dashboards and data governance
