Business Analyst - ERP Operations

Overview

The ERP Business Operations team runs the operational engine behind the ERP unit, supporting over 100,000 users across more than 100 countries. The role is a Business Analyst who owns key operational domains end‑to‑end, leveraging data tooling, automation, and AI to make operations faster, cleaner, and more reliable. The focus is on workforce, financial, and leadership reporting requirements that drive global ERP/SAP reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the unit’s comprehensive global workforce data baseline, ensuring absolute data consistency.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and planned‑vs‑actual cost tracking, reconciling data, investigating variances, and preparing executive‑ready reports.
• Prepare and quality‑assure recurring status reports, KPI dashboards, and decision‑support materials for the ERP Leadership Team and governance bodies.
