Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst to support requirements capture, process documentation and stakeholder validation activities across a ServiceNow ITSM transformation programme. Working under the direction of the Senior Business Analyst, the role contributes to workshop delivery, user story documentation and UAT support across the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Support requirements gathering workshops and assist in documenting process flows and user stories
