Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the change on the chatbot roadmap within the digital channels environment, managing projects from initiation to delivery and ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels for a world-class customer experience.
