- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Identify patterns and suggest potential innovation ideas for later review and analysis.
- Create a timeline for process optimizations and have stakeholders aligned.
- Responsible for tracking time and ensuring all assigned tasks are documented and followed up on.
- Leverage project management skills to ensure completion of process optimization plans.
