The Business Analyst role is a key role within this team, and will provide leadership and expertise in the following areas:
- Presenting & explaining existing FNZ capability;
- Capturing & documenting customer business outcomes to create requirements and solution designs;
- Systems migration support and consultancy services;
- Engagement with Financial Markets Infrastructure (FMI) providers (eg CDS, DTCC) regarding integration and compliance;
- Customer training and knowledge transfer;
- Analyst & Developer handovers and support;
- Functional Reviews & BRS walkthroughs;
- Defect verification and triage.
