The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions for front, middle, or back-office functions within the repo trading domain. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with business users, product owners, and technology teams to deliver solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
