Business Analyst -

The Senior Business Analyst will work within the Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence team to drive delivery of a Target Operating Model (TOM), support the strategic direction of Cyber Operations and analyse, estimate, design, document, test, implement new system development and to assist in delivery of system enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

• Domain & Tech Core: Extensive business analysis experience in Banking/BFSI paired with hands-on exposure to Cybersecurity Operations, SOC, or Threat Intelligence frameworks.
• Strategic Architecture: Proven expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design, As-Is / To-Be process optimization, and complex structural process mapping.
• Agile & Software: Mastery of Agile Scrum/SAFe delivery methods, writing Gherkin user stories, and managing sprint backlogs inside Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
