Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Advanced experience gathering and interpreting business requirements
- Advanced experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modelling and testing
- Advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation
- Advanced English (spoken and written) for effective communication with global teams
- Experience in agile environments
