We are seeking a Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
