Business Analysis - Global Payment Solutions Operations

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analysis - Global Payment Solutions Operations.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Project Sirena, from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, ensuring delivery remains on schedule.
• Manage scope, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and change control, escalating appropriately through governance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, operations, and third parties to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Establish and run project governance, including steering updates, status reporting, and decision logs with clear actions and owners.
