Business Activities Manager

Summary This position is assigned to the Morale, Welfare & Recreation Department, Naval Support Activity Naples; Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR); Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Responsibilities Plans, directs and supervises the activities of all aspects of assigned facilities. Has daily interface with patrons of the facilities and ensures customer satisfaction when visiting any operation. Functions as the liaison and contact person for the MWR Director and his/her requirements. Incumbent provides advice and recommendations for managing the identified requirements. Duties encompass the training and administration of employees, the financial success of the installation activities, the constant review and improvement of the processes associated activities and the primary goal of ensuring the highest quality of services are provided by staff for their customer.
