Bus Bar Fabricator - Afternoon Shift-1

Job Summary

Responsible for all tasks and/or duties relating to inventory in any capacity. These include but are not limited to the following:

• Set up and operate CNC and milling machines, drill presses and other equipment.
• Fabricate bus bars and other parts/components as required.
• Program computerized equipment and make program edits as per requirements.
• Run and/or set up the CNC machines with the correct speed and feed.
• Thoroughly inspect parts and maintain quality based on TPS requirements.
• Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers to verify work.
• Identify issues with machining tools and equipment and document/report them.
• Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvement.
• Keep workstation and department clean and organized.
• Follow ISO 9001 standards, practicing 5S and LEAN manufacturing standards.
