PROJECT MANAGER

This position is based in our Burnaby office and supports project sites predominantly around the lower mainland of BC. THE OPPORTUNITY

The Project Manager is responsible for effective project leadership and construction management in the safe delivery of foundation contracts (of all sizes and complexity), optimizing the use of resources to deliver the required quality, on time and on budget. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the implementation of BAUER's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures on assigned projects, monitoring effectiveness and implementing corrective actions as required. Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging workforce engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe conditions, behaviours, and practices.
