Step into a key role as a Payroll Specialist and Benefits Manager in Burlington, Canada. Oversee payroll operations for 200-300 employees and maintain compliance using ADP WFN.
Our client, a trusted consultancy, is seeking a payroll expert to manage all aspects of payroll. Your expertise will ensure accurate benefit deductions, effective handling of T4s, and T2200s, all while collaborating with both HR and Finance teams. This position demands strong compliance knowledge for optimal payroll execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Utilize ADP WFN for generating payroll reports
• Handle employee benefits and RRSP deductions
• Manage T4s and T2200s autonomously
• Work closely with HR to address employee concerns
Requirements:
• Understanding of Ontario payroll regulations
• Prior experience handling payroll for 200-300 employees
• Familiarity with GL reconciliations
• PCP certification is a plus
