Buildings Division Proposal Coordinator Role

Drive impactful projects at Graham as a Proposal Coordinator within the Buildings Division. Oversee client-focused proposals for a variety of significant constructions.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Proposal Manager and be pivotal in coordinating end-to-end proposal activities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, collaborating with teams to collect input, and crafting coherent narratives while complying with high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage proposal activities from initiation to final submission
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with business unit stakeholders for content input
• Edit narratives to ensure a unified voice in proposals
• Facilitate proposal meetings, maintaining adherence to standards
