Building Technician

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Vanguard business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will perform a variety of technical tasks such as hands‑on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance, to keep the facilities at optimal condition.
