Building Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with coordination of building systems trades for compliance to drawings, specifications, quality, and schedule.
• Assist with coordination drawing process.
• Reads and understands the building systems trade contractor quality‑management programs. Witnesses on‑site field testing and records results.
• Assist project team with building systems commissioning document deliverables.
• Attends management and architect meetings related to building systems.
• Adheres and supports internal safety programs.
• Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
