As part of a major long‑term campus transformation programme at London Metropolitan University, we are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to support the delivery of Design & Build projects, project work, and Facilities Management services.The Building Surveyor will play a key role in managing building fabric condition, supporting refurbishment and capital works, and ensuring that the estate is maintained to a safe, compliant, and high‑performing standard. The role will integrate across construction delivery and FM operations, ensuring a seamless approach to lifecycle management, defects resolution, and project execution.
