Building Surveyor (Building Control)

This post currently has a retention payment of £2,000 per year in addition to the advertised salary (subject to annual review), which is split into two payments in December and June. You would become eligible for payment following successful completion of your probationary period and a minimum of 6 months continuous employment. This will take your salary to £40,220 to £46,075 per year.

Due to the current technical make up of the team we are unable at this time to consider anyone who does not have the level of qualification at Grade 10 or above. Please refer to the employee specification on the attached job profile for the requirements to be appointed at Grade 10 and above. You must be licensed with the Building Safety Regulator as a Registered Building Inspector at Class 2A or above.
