Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced live-in superintendent for residential buildings in Brampton.
The candidate will be responsible, amongst other tasks, for the day-to-day maintenance of the building, for ensuring that tenants comply with building rules and regulations and for coordinating with both internal maintenance staff and external contractors.
