Job Description
- Sanitize and clean company properties (e.g., restrooms, lobby, elevators, etc.)
- Comply with company health and safety protocols
- Enforce house rules (report any observed violations)
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed
- Report any necessary repairs or replacements
- Assist with administrative client support (tenants)
- Serve as a laundry driver reliever
- Serve as a liaison for external dealings
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety is a plus
- Highly skilled in cleaning rooms, lobbies, and other interior and exterior areas
- Ability to maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Team player with strong motivation and conflict resolution skills
