POSITION SUMMARY
The Building Services Supervisor is accountable to the Sr. Facilities Engineering Manager. The role ensures all building systems, safety systems, security infrastructure, service vendors, and support programs operate reliably and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include maintenance operations, fire and security systems, housekeeping and custodial oversight, garment/uniform services, and management of multiple parking lots with defined access controls and usage rules.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily building operations including HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, industrial ventilation, and plumbing – external to core GMP operations.
- Ensure all aspects of the maintenance, cleanliness, housekeeping, fit and finish of buildings.
