Building Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee daily building operations, including HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical distribution, compressed air, ventilation, and plumbing outside GMP areas. Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, fit‑and‑finish, and preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime. Conduct inspections, identify hazards, monitor alarms and performance data, and perform troubleshooting to prevent failures. Manage security systems (access control, badge platforms, CCTV, intrusion detection, visitor management) and coordinate vendors. Oversee fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, pumps, emergency lighting) and ensure NFPA, OSHA and local compliance. Lead emergency preparedness activities, drills, and documentation. Allocate workspace: offices, production support, locker rooms, conference spaces; maintain space‑usage data.
