Building Services Engineer - Remote (Madrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Vision & Strategy: Lead the definition of the “Blue Book”: the global technical standards for critical systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical) and their digitalization.
• The Consultative Bridge: Act as an internal expert for international business units, translating complex engineering requirements into scalable business solutions.
• Technical Sparring Partner: Coordinate with external engineering firms and providers. Evaluate, challenge, and validate technical designs and installations.
• Digitalization & Efficiency: Drive the use of Building Management Systems (BMS) and data monitoring to optimize costs and drastically reduce the corporate carbon footprint.
• Global Project Oversight: Supervise landmark projects, such as the new Experience Center in Munich, ensuring they meet the group’s high-level quality and sustainability benchmarks.
