Role Overview

The successful candidate will bring a strong foundational understanding of building systems, including architectural features such as structural components, building envelopes, mechanical and electrical systems, roofing, interior elements, and site features.

Your Role and Action

• Conduct assessments of existing buildings and structures (roof assemblies, exterior cladding assemblies, balcony assemblies, fenestrations, and parking garage structures) to determine design and remedial work options.
• Conduct invasive building assessments and testing (e.g., Roof cut tests, water / leak tests, etc.)
• Carry out all necessary quantity take-offs and measurements over the course of a project.
• Develop designs and specifications for restoration projects, including creating detailed AutoCAD drawings.
