Building Operator

Location: 22 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2S5

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned properties for cleanliness, reporting any issues with tenants, contractors, or others and assist with resolving any issues.
• Assist Operations/Property Manager with procurement of all supplies and services required for smooth operation and maintenance of the properties, including but not limited to HVAC, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
• Maintain building systems and all aspects of the physical asset.
• Follow building operating procedures and make recommendations for improvements to building operations.
• Assist Operations team with property inspections, construction inspections for both Tenant & Landlord work and report findings, and on the delivery of services to tenants.
• Promptly and efficiently carry out tenant work orders within 24 hours, check with the tenant to ensure they are satisfied with the work, and close out...
