About the Role
As a CBRE Building Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, building systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. The Building Operator provides support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement (maintaining quality and safety requirements) and customer service excellence within service delivery team.
- Works closely with/manages Operating Engineers and General Maintainers on day-to-day deliverables.
- Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to employees in safe practices/procedures.
- Self‑performs/administers through staff: maintenance and operations including preventative/corrective/demand maintenance; inspections/tours of equipment, systems, and areas; and task/work plan documentation including CMMS.
