Building Operator (Residential)

The Role

Richcraft is looking for a Building Operator to join our operations team on our low–rise residential portfolio. The Residential Building Operator will be responsible for a designated residential portfolio that includes managing day-to‑day operations, being available for general inquiries to tenants and ensuring a high level of service and support is provided to residents at all times.

In This Role, You Will:

• Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests.
• Be available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and community.
• Act as a liaison between residents and management.
• Perform resident service requests in addition to routine repairs and maintenance for in‑suite, interior and exterior common areas.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and small appliances.
