Role Description

The Building Operator Level 3 (12-month contract) provides essential operational support across a portfolio of industrial properties. This position is responsible for hands-on building care, including inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs that ensure the portfolio remains clean, safe, functional, and aligned with best-in-class standards.
