Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day preventative maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted building services for ENMAX substations.
- Respond to service requests and work orders, ensuring completed work meets high-quality expectations on time.
- Oversee third-party preventative and corrective maintenance activities related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, fire alarm, roofing, landscaping, snow control, hardscape, and security.
- Complete minor preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and small repairs within competency level.
- Perform basic facility cleaning.
- Conduct substation site inspections, maintain properties’ general condition, appearance, security, and safety, remedy deficiencies, and document inspections as directed.
